"I was with them for 19 years never had a claim. Rate only went up. Only when I told them I was leaving did they want to offer a better rate but I had to change my deductible and lose some coverages. Then asked if they could call in 6 months to see if they could offer a better rate. I got all the same coverage and deductible and more for less where I went. You would figure if you had someone dedicated for a long period of time who never had an issue you would offer the lowest possible rate possible to keep them but I guess thats the world we're living in make as much as you can while you can. But now Ill get a reply of sorry our rates weren't in your favor and how they have no control over the rates. Funny how you can pay one rate here and a completely different rate somewhere else."

"I have had Todd Stewart as my State Farm agent for 15 years and not only have I not had any problems on the residential side of things but have really had a fantastic expereance over all. Todd Stewart's has amazing rates/prices on all there insurance poliys that are quite simply unmatched. I did have a commercial policy that was incorrectly done by a "corporate underwriter" (NOT) an employee from Todd Stewart's office which made me a little concerned. However, even after something that was out of the control of the local office, one of Todd Stewart's staff (Téa) has been extremely helpful and worked tirelessly to correct the problem made by a corporate underwriter. She took my call right away and immediately got things straightened out within a couple of hours or less, In addition when it came to adding additional vehicles she stayed over on a "Friday night" of all things to get my company a quote to upgrade a policy for an upcoming commercial contract my company has coming up saving us time and increasing my company's chances of getting the contract. Todd Stewart has a great team and one of the team members who has really gone above and beyond helping my business is Téa. She has not just been a great and professional team member but has also gone way above and beyond her normal job duties as given in the example above, for this and other reasons has regained my faith in the State Form company as a whole because I know with people like her working for State Farm, State Farm will always have you back!
